Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Media Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies that prioritize diverse audiences and inclusive storytelling across all platforms.
- Investment Optimization: Support the allocation of media investments to ensure maximum ROI and alignment with GM's values of sustainability and social impact.
- Partnership Development: Cultivate and maintain relationships with diverse media organizations, suppliers, and community partners to amplify underrepresented voices.
- Market Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and address gaps in audience representation and engagement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, communications, and corporate responsibility teams to seamlessly integrate media support.
- Compliance and Accountability: Ensure all media practices meet ethical standards and align with GM's commitment to integrity and transparency.
Functional Capabilities:
- Expertise in media strategy, investment planning, and execution across traditional and digital platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in managing budgets, forecasting, and financial performance metrics.

Additional Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, preferred in marketing, business or other related
- 3+ years of experience in media strategy, investment, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful diverse media initiatives and ROI optimization.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
