Resource Planner

We are looking for a full-time employee who is equally good at working with numbers and people to join our team for real-time management of various inbound projects. The area of responsibility includes the daily management of various inbound projects at interval level with regard to optimal productivity utilization and client target fulfilment as well as short-term planning optimization for the current and coming week.

Job Description:

Areas of activity:

• Fulfil volume requirements of our clients on interval, daily and weekly level

• Optimize the workload of our customer consultants

• Analyse the productivity and efficiency indicators of the individual sub-projects and locations

• Provide an information interface internally and externally regarding forecast fulfilment and productivity maximization

• Optimize intraday efficiency and quality

• Optimize short term plannings for the current and coming week

Requirements:

• A quick grasp of things and keep an overview even in stressful situations

• A good command of written and spoken German (B2 Level and above)

• English spoken and written desirable, but not a must

•  You are rhetorically confident in e-mail correspondence and client contact

• Knowledge in Outlook, Word and Excel required

• A good understanding of numbers and a structured way of working

• You are characterized by commitment, the ability to work in a team and a great willingness to learn

• General willingness to work shifts from Mon - Sun 06:00 - 24:00 (Current shift: 8:00 to 20:00 Monday to Friday and Saturday - 8:00 to 16:30)
