Then we are looking for you!

We are currently looking for a Resource Planner for our Offshore Site Staffing and Planning (SS&PR) department to ensure correct and timely manpower allocation across our portfolio of offshore wind projects. You will be a part of the planning team, where you will be working close together with the multiple internal stakeholders, e.g., other planners, projects, and internal departments to ensure optimal allocation of the technicians.

Some of your key tasks will include but not be limited to:

  • As a Resource Planner your main responsibility will be the planning of manpower, monitoring & evaluate the planning across teams/projects and continually be pro-active in developing the planning processes.
  • Develop the plan for manning of key positions covering the next 0-1 year.
  • Ensure daily/short term planning tasks are executed timely and with high quality.
  • Monthly reporting to management with key planning challenges.
  • Development of tools and processes needed to support the optimal resource planning.
  • Stakeholder management – Aligning and coordinating planning tasks with other CSR departments.

What you need to make a difference

In addition, for a passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for:

  • The ideal candidate has several years of experience from a planning function, preferable in a large multinational company.
  • As a person, you are self-driven yet lighthearted.
  • You are structured and pragmatic in your way of dealing with issues and challenges, you are used to define and improve business-related processes, and it feels natural for you to take the lead in complex tasks.
  • To be successful in this role you preferably have the ability to communicate and interact with colleagues at all levels in a large and multicultural organization.
  • You have strong Microsoft Office (Excel) capabilities.
  • In this position you must expect travel up to 20-25 days a year.
  • Previous experience with 'Planisware' is greatly appreciated, yet not required.
