Responsibilities:

- Find new online strategic collaboration opportunities
- Negotiate partnerships and manage onboarding of partnerships
- Create and monitor the department budget
- Seek and identify the opportunities in all Exoticca markets
- Manage and improve interdepartmental communications
- Maintain updated the communication tools for the internal stakeholders
- Optimize performance on each of the Partners by monitoring results and proposing changes and improvements
- Identify opportunities to maximize performance of each Partner
- Maintain constant communication with the different departments such as Travel Product to coordinate actions
- Maintain constant communications with Partners to improve results of each action
- Always seek for the best practices and work towards the interest of Exoticca
- Represent Exoticca in the relevant meetings and trade shows

Requirements

-10 years of experience in online account management (Tourism environment and Travel Agencies is a must)
-Experience in building profitable long-term collaborations
-Analytical thinking
-Negotiation, commercial and marketing skills are a must
-Must be self-motivated, organized, proactive, team player, hands-on and results-driven.
-Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
-Fluent speaking and writing in English and Spanish (other languages are a plus)
