Job Title: Resale Supply Chain Manager

Reports To: Director of SIOP
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our resale operations. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain processes for sourced finished good products – managing lead times, supply, and inventory effectively and profitably. The ideal candidate will have expertise in supply chain management, inventory management, and vendor management, with a strong ability to collaborate across teams and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Management:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize resale supply chain operations, including sourcing, logistics, inventory management, and distribution.
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure consistent quality and availability of resale inventory.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
- Create purchasing and inventory projections to integrate into the SIOP (Sales & Inventory Operations Planning).
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and warehouse operations, to align supply chain activities with overall business goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Technology and Innovation:
- Leverage technology and data analytics to identify trends, forecast demand, and streamline operations.
- Implement supply chain strategies within the SAP or OMP systems to enhance supply chain visibility and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on resale, reverse logistics, or sustainability.
- SAP, OMP experience
Skills and Competencies:
- Proven ability to manage complex supply chain networks and drive process improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using supply chain software and tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage vendor and stakeholder relationships.
Certifications (Preferred):
- APICS/ASCM Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or similar certifications.
- Lean Six Sigma certification.
