Main Ingredients of the Job:
As a US FOODS® REPACKER you will be responsible for...
- Assist with reducing inventory shrink and improving warehouse organization
- Evaluate damaged product for disposition (repack for sale, salvage, dump) Repack damaged product determined to be saleable.
- Record proper information on repackaged product (lot #, date, etc.) whether for sale or salvage.
- Properly record all dumped product.
- Assist with tracking of dated products to minimize product lost due to date issues.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
- Other duties as assigned.
Schedule: Monday-Friday from 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM Starting pay: $19

What you bring to the table
Education/Training:
- High School Diploma/ required
Related Experience/Requirements:
- Warehouse experience/foodservice product & processes knowledge preferred.
- Ability to work in a multi-temperature environment
- Able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
- Ability to work independently.
- Safely operate electric pallet jack.
- Good communication skills – written and oral.
- Working knowledge of Excel.
- Willing and able to work weekends and holidays on a rotational basis.
- Must be dependable.

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. The expected base rate for this role is between $19 and $24
As applicable, this role will also receive overtime compensation, incentive compensation based on productivity and quality, freezer premium.
