Job Description:
Impact You’ll Make:
This role will act as a key representative of the Global Deal Desk team and is responsible for supporting the US Markets Sales Organization by managing the deal contracting process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in standard contracting procedures and systems. This role will partner and collaborate with users and stakeholders across Sales, Legal, and Operations organizations. The Deal Desk Representative will have the opportunity to lead ad hoc projects designed to drive efficiency into the contract management workflow.
This is a remote position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually during mostly US business hours.
· Manage the end-to-end contracting procedure and approval process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
· Track deal progress and maintain accurate deal attributes for audit and reporting.
· Partner with Sales, Legal, and Operations teams to resolve deal and system related issues.
· Act as a main point of contact for Sales teams regarding the contracting and approval procedures.
· Ensure all deals/contracts comply with company policies and contractual guidelines.
· Identify areas for improvement in policies and processes and propose enhancements.
· Participate in periodic User Acceptance Testing of system and tool enhancements.

Qualifications and Education:
What You’ll Bring:
· 3+ years’ experience in Sales Operations, Deal Desk, or a similar role
· Tertiary qualification in a related field preferred
· Experience in supporting high volume sales teams with varying levels of deal complexity
· Knowledge of, and experience with, Salesforce.com and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools
· Ability to act with decisiveness and think independently
· Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
· Problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency and results
· Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across teams
Impact You'll Make:
- Maintain all legal documents and file management systems, including responsibility for saving and storing all executed agreements and correspondence
- Coordinate and support periodic reviews and audits of contracts, correspondence, customer inquiries, and other internal inquiries
- Serve as point of contact for business and contract lifecycle management processes by providing clarification to internal customers and business partners
This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
