Job Requirements:
We are seeking a tax associate with at least two to six years of transactional experience, with experience in a practice focusing on renewable energy and energy transition strongly preferred. Our ideal candidates will have familiarity representing sponsors, lenders or investors, in renewable energy or power projects, tax-equity and other financings and tax credit transfer transactions, but we are interested in talking to candidates with strong partnership tax and transaction experience that have an interest in pursuing this exciting field of law. Candidates with an LL.M degree in taxation are preferred, but an LL.M is not required. Admission to one or more state bars is required.

The expected pay range for this position is:
Minneapolis: $205,000-$260,000 per year
New York: $235,000-$440,000 per year
Washington D.C.: $235,000-$365,000 per year
Salary will be determined based upon education, experience, job related factors permitted by law, internal equity, and market data, including geographic pay differentials in locations where market pay differs from the national average. Full time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, health insurance with an optional HSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, 401K, vacation, sick time, and an employee assistance program. Commuter and Transit programs may also be available in certain markets.
