Main Responsabilities
- Provides analysis of product problem data to identify and help resolve field product problems and assists in determining if corrective action is required on current or proposed products.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams to perform root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Interaction and communication with finished good factory and suppliers.
- Follow up warranty metrics objectives and goals with the factory.
- Identify warranty cost recovery opportunities and pursue goals.
- Validate corrective actions on the process to maintain the effectiveness of the improvement.
- Finds new approaches to warranty analysis using established tools, including proactive methods.
- Finds new ways to improve data analysis, collection and monitoring to find trends.
What Skills You Need
- 2-5 years of experience in related roles such as Quality Engineer, Process Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer.
- Knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies like Ishikawa, 5 whys, etc.
- Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies like 8Ds, A3, 7 diamonds.
- Knowledge of statistics (SPC, Pareto, Histogram).
- Basic knowledge in Power BI.
- Intermediate English language.
- Presentation and communication skills.
- Results-driven, proactive and innovative.
- Analytical skills and critical thinking.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional environment and collaborate with different teams.
What Makes You Stand Out
- Experience in Power BI, use of databases and perform data analysis.
- YB/GB Six Sigma certification.
- Advanced statistical tools such as hypothesis testing / DOE.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
