Main Responsabilities

  • Perform analysis and design of the sensing components, electronics, control units, wiring harness and combustion engine related systems. Make recommendations to optimize system performance, while meeting the application requirements.
  • Create, analyze, update and maintain the engineering design of assigned products, systems and components.
  • Develop appropriate solutions for the assigned tasks that involve the dynamics of components, systems, vehicle interactions and so on.
  • Lead resourcing of components to achieve cost reduction by finding the trade-off of cost-effective solutions and quality required by the company.


What Skills You Need

  • Ability to lead and prioritize work based on constantly changing information.
  • Skill to perform project management and multi-task activities and keep record of achieved progresses.
  • Experience in reporting to leadership levels status of projects.
  • Strong communication and preference for working on a team framework.
  • Mechanical tolerance analysis.
  • Fundamental understanding of machine forms relevant to the specific job assignment and Company division/unit. Knowledge/familiarity with machines manufactured by competitors.


What Makes You Stand Out

  • Proficient at Creo Parametric, CREO View and/or other computer engineering tools.
  • Proficient Written and verbal communication.
  • GD&T Knowledge.
  • Some experience with lab equipment such as dynamometers, high speed data capture, current sensors and other tools for design and debug of electric components.
  • Experience with multidomain simulation tools.
  • Engine knowledge.


Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics engineering
