This is a remote job opportunity for candidates who reside on the West Coast, based out of the Bay Area, Portland or Seattle.

The Regional Solutions Specialist (RSS) is a driven, collaborative, subject matter expert who partners with local Rent. sales teams to build solution awareness, demonstrate the value of strategic, digital marketing and sell bundled marketing solutions to new and existing clients. 

This is a highly visible and impactful role, showcasing Rent. as the premier solution to fill vacancies in the multifamily industry. The RSS brings value to our clients and business by:

  • Presenting Digital Marketing Solution recommendations and supporting technical questions related to the solutions

  • Conducting in-depth discovery meetings to fully understand client/property needs, then building a strategic, bundled marketing package to meet client’s objectives.

  • Sharing knowledge of digital marketing solutions, strategies, etc. to aid in the continuous development of local Sales Executives ensuring the team is leveraging a solutions-based selling approach. 

  • Participating in pre- and post-client planning meetings to determine a strategic account plan to increase bundled solutions monthly recurring revenue.

  • Positioning themselves as the industry leader and subject matter expert at industry and trade events, client meetings, offering insight, strategy, and supporting the close of revenue targets. 

  • Partnering with Sales leadership and local Sales Executive’s to identify and implement ongoing tactical sales approaches to increase monthly recurring revenue.

  • Ensuring pipeline and reporting requirements are met to align with KPI’s.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a sales executive or sales engineer/solution consultant for B2B sales in a SaaS and/or Digital Marketing Services environment (i.e. Google/Facebook Ads, Social, PPC, SEO, SEM, Voice AI). 

  • Strong technical, data and results-driven selling knowledge of bundled, digital products (Digital Marketing Ad sales, Performance Marketing, etc.), and how bundled solutions will benefit the client. 

  • Active and accurate management of all sales, follow ups, and client meeting activities in CRM.

  • Exceptional communication and relational skills across multiple key channels of internal and external stakeholders.

  • Experience using Salesforce.

  • Initiative, drive, resourcefulness, adaptability, and self-motivation with a mentorship mindset.

  • This is a full-time role which requires a minimum of 60% travel in the field per week. Please understand that by applying for this role you are committed to satisfy this expectation.

  • Rent. RSS are required to possess and provide the company with proof of insurance

Estimated total on target earnings range is between $140,000-$160,000 annually, comprised of annual base salary between $85,000- $95,000 per year and additional uncapped incentive compensation.

Range is subject to change. Rent. takes a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including job and level they are hired into, location/metropolitan area, skillset, market finances, operational business needs, and peer compensation.
