Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
Position Type: Contract
Location: Miami, FL (Remote)
Salary Range / Rate (Currency): $60,000 to $70,000 annual base pay + commission and benefits

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for overall Sales Strategy and Sales execution in assigned territory.

1. Work closely with channel partners and/or end customers to grow sales within the assigned territories.

2. Develop new Distributors and Channel-partners in assigned territory

3. Ensure the achievement of the sales objectives in quantitative terms as well qualitative terms (volume, diversification, coverage, risk).

4. Proactively seeking developing sales opportunities

5. Attending trade shows and periodic customer training support.

6. Ensure customer satisfaction while coordinating and working closely with different internal functions.

7. Successful follow-up with partners and KAs

8. Experience and strong sense of total solution

9. Daily sales opportunity development (customer calls, culinary demos, etc.).

10. Product training for the Distributor sales team

11. Cooperate with existing distributors and their sales team to develop new restaurant chain or catering and hospitality customers.

12. Coordinate with the inside sales department for order handling and delivery follow-up

13. Communicate with aftermarket for service and quality related issues.

14. Monthly / Quarterly / Annual sales reporting.

15. Accomplishing assigned sales goals

16. Target segment: Restaurant Chain, Retail, Catering & Hospitality (including Hotel, Resort, HealthCare, Enterprise, Travel)

Job Requirements:

1. Multiple year experience in Commercial kitchen equipment market space.

2. In-depth knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment ecosphere and potential customers in overall Food service, Chain restaurants & Convenience Stores, Hotels & Resorts etc.

3. Strong connection with key-people of either local partners or end-users.

4. Strong entrepreneurial spirit.

5. Detail oriented, organized, and able to take initiative and solve problems proactively.

6. Logical thinking and strong analytical skills.

7. Willingness to learn new skills and can work under pressure.

8. Excellent communication skills and teamwork attitude.

9. Well versed in Office Suite
