You will join our Regional Market Development Centre (RMDC), taking care of developing region such as Bangladesh; Sri Lanka; Cambodia; Myanmar, etc, to develop and execute the visions of our marketing communication strategies. This role involves coordinating with local teams and branches, to help transform ideas into visually stunning designs creatives for our shopfront as well as communications to the public. Doing so would help ensuring our brand consistency across all channels. In addition, we are also looking for someone who can manage and coordinate small events that leaves lasting impression to our clients.

We will give you the experience and exposure you need to build your career and personal brand, by providing training and coaching.

What you will be doing

Shopfront design:

  • Develop innovative and eye-catching designs for our shopfront displays. As well as collaborate with the marketing team to align shopfront visuals with our brand identity.

Creatives artwork design:

  • Create engaging graphics and artwork for our social media platforms. Ensure all designs are on-brand and optimized for various digital formats.
  • Design promotional posters for events, sales, and campaigns.

Content Creation:

  • Collaborate with our marketing & sales team to produce localized content for various channels, including digital, print, and social media.

Brand Consistency:

  • Ensure all marketing materials align with the brand guidelines and messaging.

Event Coordination:

  • Plan and manage events, trade shows, and promotional activities in the region.
  • Collaborate with vendors, manage logistics, and ensure a smooth event experience.

Budget Management:

  • Assist in managing the marketing budget and track expenditures.

Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to optimize future efforts.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

What you should have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing communications will be good. Certification in Digital Marketing or Project Management will be advantageous
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong creative design sense and ideas
  • Proficiency in creative tools and software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop and Premiere etc).
  • Project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Coordination and management skills especially working with vendors and internal stakeholders
