Job Description

Advanced Formwork Co. Ltd (Doka) is looking for a highly motivated Regional Key Account Manager to focus on the Regional (Middle East & Africa) business of selected Chinese construction companies.

As a Regional Key Account Manager, you will be working with our Regional Sales Teams, reporting to the Head of Sales Country and in a second reporting Line to the Head of Global Key accounts in our HQ.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • You are the first point of contact for all regional queries of selected global Chinese construction companies. You will drive regional revenue goals.
  • You work in close contact with our organization in MEA to develop a mutual strategy, considering local, regional and international business activities.
  • You take over responsibility for selected Chinese Global Key Accounts and to define individual key account plans based on Regional Projects
  • You develop a strong network within the Global Key Account HQ.
  • You communicate and align all strategic activities with internal stakeholders to reach defined targets.
  • You provide input for our HQ departments to develop tailored products & services in support of Chinese Key Accounts
  • You get involved in Large Scale Projects in the Region Middle East & Africa of assigned Chinese Key Accounts
  • You establish and maintain global framework & preferred supplier agreements for Chinese Key Accounts
  • You will identify future Chinese Global Key Accounts
  • You will support projects of Chinese Key accounts and act as an advisor to our local Sales team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Engineering or Construction
  • 10 years’ experience in Key Account Management and / or Sales
  • Strong experience in construction industry
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with people.
  • of different cultural backgrounds
  • Excellent communication skills in Mandarin & English
  • Strategic mind set, self-motivated with strong work ethics.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Added value & Solution oriented.
  • Assertive team player
  • Willingness to travel globally.
