As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible to develop and drive Infra pipeline assuring commercial best practice ensuring meeting revenue and profit target.

Solid opportunity pipeline for Infra with a high conversion rate

Following through on major Infra opportunities with customers – both specifier and contractors - converting the opportunities to sales orders

Supporting commercial team in their Infra specification work

Ensuring value selling of Infra products

Providing commercial Infra support to customers and local commercial teams
-
Building Infra business development capabilities in the local teams
-
Ensuring best practise sharing btw commercial organisations
-
Attending global customer meetings, seminars and relevant exhibitions when required

Supporting or project managing major quotations / tender submissions
-
Enabling and delivering effective training and development both for external and internal customers
-
Supporting on new product developments in defining the commercial route to market
This role will be based in Riyadh and will report into Sales Manager – Infrastructure.
Furthermore, we expect that you have
-
Minimum 5 years of expertise within protective coatings within international organization or larger customer
-
Consistent track record in selling Infra solutions in international companies
-
Commercial understanding of customer needs for fire proofing as well as solid technical understand of fire proofing and building regulations
-
Demonstrated proficiency in using data to drive business results
-
Excellent communication skills; bilingual will be an advantage
-
Customer focus orientation and excellent collaboration skills
