About the team:
As part of the Data Management Team, you will enhance data quality, drive data standardization, and support the firm’s global data strategy for the Frankfurt region. You will collaborate closely with data stewards, business process owners, and cross-regional teams to ensure data alignment and continuous improvement.
About the role:
You will make a difference as a Regional Data Owner – Frankfurt by ensuring data consistency, quality, and compliance within the Frankfurt region. Your role will involve:

Aligning all data activities within the region with global data standards and policies.

Managing data quality for cases and services, including identifying and addressing regional data gaps.

Documenting and cataloging regional data using appropriate tools, ensuring accessibility and compliance.

Implementing risk and compliance measures with the support of data stewards.

Collaborating with data governance teams and leveraging tools like Informatica CDGC for data discovery and cataloging.

Supporting AI/ML and automation initiatives by providing regional use cases.

Acting as the main point of contact for onboarding data stewards within the region.

Leading efforts in managing regional data requests and supporting the development of regional insights and analytics.
About you:

Strong understanding of data usage across business processes and analytics within your region.

Proven ability to influence multiple stakeholders and drive data-related decisions.

Experience growing and leading teams to enhance data maturity.

Familiarity with data platforms and tools such as Informatica (prior experience is a plus).

Excellent communication and collaboration skills across business, technology, and data teams with a client-service mindset.

Strong ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage data-related risks efficiently.
