We are looking for a Commercial Strategy Assistant Manager to support the growth of the Fulfilment & Warehousing business unit. This role would involve working closely with regional and local stakeholders to influence the business strategy.
The ideal candidate for the role should have strong analytical abilities, a structured, logical approach to problem solving and an aptitude for learning about new products, services, and markets within a short period of time. You will have the opportunity to lead several workstreams and projects end-to-end, from initial planning stages up to final execution.
Responsibilities
- Drive commercial strategy initiatives, from ideation to development
- Lead and project manage ongoing strategic projects, liaising with multiple stakeholders in order to meet the timelines
- Analyse competitive landscape, conduct price and product benchmarking to inform decision-making on competitive positioning
- Develop pricing frameworks to be adapted to local market conditions
- Build out strategic roadmap for the business across multiple countries, incorporating product and capability improvements
- Drive internal process and sales ops improvements within the Commercial team to increase sales efficiency through automation, SOPs, etc.
- Determine sales enablement priorities and initiatives to improve conversion through the sales cycle
- Establish the branding strategy by working closely with various stakeholders, including marketing teams
Requirements
- At least Degree in any field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in commercial strategy, consulting, or sales planning
- Prior experience in project management or end-to-end project launch and execution would be ideal
- High level of proficiency in powerpoint and excel
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Sharp analytical abilities and a structured, logical approach to clarifying, scoping and solving problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
