Remote - CO/UT/ID

Must have a valid driver’s license for local travel to customer accounts assigned within the territory.

Your role in our future
 

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to drive growth in an assigned territory within the multi-family industry. You will lead account strategies, refine sales approaches, build executive relationships, and sell high-value solutions to accelerate growth.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales quotas
  • Expand C-level executive relationships in the territory
  • Build trust-based relationships with internal teams
  • Proactively address growth inhibitors in the territory
  • Maintain strong business relationships with clients and prospects
  • Build, manage, and forecast a sales pipeline
  • Generate leads and manage existing accounts
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques, including discovery and solution selling
  • Travel within the region up to 25% of the time for client visits and trade shows

Your profile

  • 3+ years in commissioned outside B2B sales, exceeding quotas
  • Remote work experience with autonomy and creativity
  • Proven ability to close complex sales cycles
  • Experience building relationships with decision-makers
  • Motivated self-starter with a track record of revenue generation
  • Salesforce CRM experience preferred
  • Property management experience a plus

This position has a target base salary of:

$75,000.00

and annual commission target of:

$55,000.00

Quadient, Inc. has target base salary and target incentive compensation for our sales roles, that are based on function, level, and scope. To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share these targets on all job postings.
