We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our team and help us find exceptional talent to drive our success,
The Recruitment Specialists will oversee the entire recruitment process. The role requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for talent, capable of attracting suitable candidates.
Interrelations
- Recruitment Specialist reports to the Manager – HR Services
- Liaises with Manager – HR Services for recruitment needs while adhering to group policies for recruitment.

Main responsibilities and tasks
- Discussing role requirements with hiring managers and advising on sourcing channels / approach.
- Writing professional job advertisements and postings to attract candidates.
- Searching for and approaching potential candidates via digital channels.
- Screening of applications and conducting interviews to create shortlist of qualified candidates.
- Supporting hiring managers and other business stakeholders on conducting interviews.
- Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods.
- Mediating between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conducting psychometric tests & analysing results.
- Gathering & presenting references for candidates.
- Monitoring and follow-up on hiring metrics, trends and KPIs (time-to-hire, source of hire etc).
- Recommending improvements to global recruitment processes, tools and external partners.
- Advising hiring managers on employment terms and job offers.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
- Support global and local employer branding activities via events, networks, and online media.
- When relevant, collaborate with and support the country/region HR teams on related activities (e.g. onboarding, data & analytics, exit interviews etc).

- Carry out any other instructions as and when assigned by superior (ad-hoc issues).

- Data accuracy in digital HR solutions & recruitment tools.
Qualifications
Mandatory Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree, degree in HR, business, psychology, or another related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a recruiter, recruiting specialist or similar role.
- Excellent analytical skills to examine resumes and find the most relevant candidates.
- Clear verbal and relationship building skills to communicate well with candidates and managers.
- Proficient writing skills to produce good job postings.
- Strong negotiation skills when discussing terms and conditions of employment.
- Experience of managing / working with external recruitment partners and companies.
- Global experience working in an international environment.
- Experience of working with personality assessment tools and vendors.
- Digital savvy and good understanding of HR / recruitment software.
