Your Role  

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll have the autonomy to shape and execute innovative recruitment strategies to fuel the growth of our India operations. You will have the opportunity to put your solutions into action from day one, this is not just about filling positions—it’s about shaping the future of our company by bringing in exceptional talent, building long-term relationships, and contributing to a strong and diverse workforce. This is a 12-month contract role with a possibility of extension  

A Day in Your New Role:  

  • Oversee the full lifecycle recruitment process for entry to mid-level positions, helping to build a team of high-performing individuals in new and existing markets. 
  • Implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to build a robust candidate pipeline. 
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, offering insights on market trends and hiring best practices. Advise hiring managers and senior leaders on recruitment strategies and processes. 
  • Utilize data to guide effective hiring decisions and optimize recruitment efforts. 
  • Enhance our employer brand to position our company as a leading choice for prospective candidates.

  • Offer acceptance rate: 85%  
  • Hires per quarter: 4-6 
  • Sourcing response rate: 15% 
  • Time to fill: 45-60 days 

 

Qualities You Have  

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience: from sourcing top talent to closing candidates 
  • Experience recruiting for a variety of roles, including technical and non-technical positions. 
  • Focus on Candidate Experience: deliver an exceptional experience throughout the hiring process 
  • Expert Sourcing Skills: excel at identifying passive candidates on Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, StackOverflow, GitHub, Boolean, X-ray Search, and networking events.  
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders and candidates.
