Job Description

We are seeking talented, multilingual individuals to join us in Budapest. Following a hybrid working arrangement, collaborate with your colleagues in the office 3 days a week while having the flexibility to work from home 2 days a week.

We offer a range of positions from entry-level to mid-level for the following roles:

  • Recruitment Sourcing Specialist: Sourcing qualified candidates for open requisitions within our client's industry.
  • Full Life Cycle Recruiter: Leading end-to-end recruitment while managing stakeholders.
  • Recruitment Programme Specialist: Responsible for managing relationships with local hiring managers and staffing agencies while managing their temporary/contractual recruitment requests.
  • Recruitment Programme Coordinator: Assisting Hiring managers, Recruitment Specialists and suppliers during all stages of the contract labour recruitment process including but not limited to: interview scheduling, onboarding, worker assignment management, time and expense management and off boarding.

Qualifications


  • Fluency in English and/or in German, Spanish, French, Dutch, Italian, Polish
  • Staffing industry experience desired but not required
  • Human Resources experience desired but not required
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
