As an Administrator, you will support with the administrative duties around medical screening of Royal Air Force applicants.
You will join a large existing team and play a vital part in supporting with the administration and smooth-running of the process of recruiting appropriate talent to join the Armed Forces.
This is a 6 month fixed term contract/secondment opportunity. A hybrid role working between home and our offices in Coventry.

Job Description:
What you’ll be doing:
- Liaising with applicants, Armed Forces Careers Offices and Medical Experts - answering queries and assisting candidates through the medical aspects of their application
- Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information
- Interacting with third party providers where appropriate, such as candidate, GPs, as part of medical process fulfilment
- Co-ordination of medical screening
- Reviewing letters, postal administration and scanning
- Answering the phone and responding to queries
What we’re looking for:
- Previous administration experience is required
- Good IT skills using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong customer service, both face to face and over the telephone
- Ability to work using own initiative and within a team environment
- Confidence
- An understanding of the military would be an advantage, but not essential
