Job Summary:
This position will develop working relationships with the IBC recruiting team, candidates and hiring managers. The primary responsibilities will include, handling various administrative tasks associated with the recruitment and pre-employment process. This includes screening candidates, coordinating interviews, reviewing resumes for education and skills assessment and candidate outreach.

Review applications for frontline and professional positions, and ensure the applicant meets all hiring requirements

Maintain open and consistent communication via text, phone, and email with applicants

Assist in identifying recruitment opportunities

Assist the HR department in various functions including but not limited to administrative duties and internal recruitment activities

Maintain frequent communication with applicants, recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders

Create a positive candidate experience by remaining attentive and responsive during the recruiting and pre-employment process

Coordinate communications regarding candidate onboarding status with various stakeholders involved in the process

Partnering with the hiring managers to understand priorities
-
Coordinate recruiting requests while maintaining efficient communication between candidates, recruiters, HR Business Partners, and other relevant stakeholders.

Coordinating the scheduling process for interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams.

Communicating interview details to candidate, making certain they have all of the information necessary to be prepared for their interview (interview schedule, job description, detailed directions, advice on apparel, information about the logistics of the interviews)

Ensure all applicants have a final disposition & all interviewed candidate dispositions and dates are captured appropriately.

Identify qualified candidates (skills/education) and refer them to hiring managers

Review applications and based on education and skills invite candidate to apply to qualified open positions.

Manage participation in and attend career fairs and other targeted sourcing events as needed.

Providing general assistance in planning & preparation of career fairs.

Schedules and attends job/career fairs and job expos with bank representatives as needed.

Conduct screening interviews in accordance hiring guidelines.

Ensures all types of communication venues are utilized to contact applicants for screening interview.

Researches, analyzes, prepares and presents recruitment, hiring, staffing and retention reporting
