About the Role:

This hybrid Recruiting Coordinator & Workplace Associate role blends recruiting coordination with workplace support, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates, employees, and visitors alike. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and supporting recruiters in delivering a smooth and efficient hiring process. Meanwhile, as a Workplace Associate, you’ll help maintain an engaging and productive office environment by overseeing day-to-day operations, office logistics, and vendor management.

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate and schedule phone, video, and on-site interviews in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for office operations/facility maintenance, including supply management, vendor coordination, and general administrative support.
  • Execute occasional office moves, adds, & changes. Workstation space planning and upkeep. 
  • Help host and set up In-house and Virtual events (All-Hands, Happy Hours, Team Building Events etc.) 
  • Manage the end-to-end candidate experience by working closely with recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate tracking in applicant tracking systems (ATS), Google Sheets, and other relevant tools.
  • Support various recruiting-related administrative tasks, including offer coordination, onboarding assistance, and data management.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, office management, or a related administrative role.
  • Must be based in/near Austin, TX, as this will be an in office role requiring 5 days in office.
  • Experience with Greenhouse or ModernLoop is preferred but not required.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with internal stakeholders and candidates.
  • Excellent project management abilities, with a strong focus on organization, flexibility, and adaptability.
  • A team player with a passion for creating an efficient, welcoming, and collaborative workplace.


Pay Transparency
Your compensation may be based on several factors, including education, work experience, and certifications. For certain roles, total compensation may include restricted stock units. The base compensation range for this role is:

$27$35 USD
