The Qualtrics Talent Acquisition team is looking for someone to join us and have a major impact on the company’s hiring and growth. With our aggressive growth trajectory and ever-changing environment, we need a highly motivated self-starter to join our best-in-class group. We are looking for a Sourcing Recruiter who wants to make an impact on a fast-growing business, can manage various stakeholders, and can make strategic decisions to continue to build the quality of talent at Qualtrics. We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter who has the ability to pivot seamlessly across various functions as needed, including Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Finance, etc, to attract top talent that meets our diverse hiring needs. Your contributions will be instrumental in shaping high-performing teams that drive innovation and results, helping us adapt to ever-changing business needs and maintain our competitive edge.

  • Conduct sourcing and talent identification efforts to find exceptional candidates.
  • Engage with candidates through outreach strategies that create manageable and positive experiences.
  • Perform market research to gather insights on talent availability and competitor strategies.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates to assess fit based on skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to refine recruitment processes and address evolving needs.

 

What We’re Looking For On Your Resume

  • 3–5 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment, preferably in the areas of software/tech
  • Advanced proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms, including Boolean logic and specialized databases.
  • Demonstrated understanding of role-specific and organizational needs to develop strategic sourcing solutions.
  • Proven ability to craft and deliver engaging, personalized messages to candidates.
  • Experience analyzing market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive talent strategies.
