We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join the Dora Team. This role is critical in helping us attract the top talent for a diverse range of technical and non-technical positions to drive our mission forward. If you are passionate about providing talent recruiting support in a fast-paced and innovative environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, tech events, and direct outreach to build a diverse candidate pipeline.
  • Conduct detailed screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with Dora Team's mission.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Enhance Dora Team's employer brand through social media campaigns, tech community engagements, and partnerships with educational institutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment, specifically within the Web3, blockchain, frontier tech, and quantum sectors.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain an accurate applicant tracking system and provide regular recruitment metrics and reports to the management team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruiting. Experience in hiring for the Web3, blockchain, or technology sectors is a plus.
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in science and engineering is a plus.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proven track record of successful placements in tech roles within the frontier tech, Web3 or blockchain space.
