About This Role:
We believe great people are the key to our success. As a Recruiter on Crexi’s team, you’ll help attract top talent and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to build out our Revenue organization, making sure every candidate feels valued, informed, and excited about the opportunity to join Crexi.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team, People Team, and hiring managers to source and recruit stellar candidates
- Partner with Sales Management to understand and fulfill their hiring needs
- Provide an outstanding candidate experience throughout the interview process
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools
- Manage candidate screening, interview scheduling, and feedback tracking
- Own and analyze recruiting funnel metrics for continuous improvement
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of interview notes in our AT
Who You Are:
- A minimum of 1.5-3 years' experience recruiting for SaaS Sales roles.
- Proficiency with recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and modern ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset and strong initiative
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering a seamless candidate experience
- High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality

The anticipated base salary range for candidates who will work in Playa Vista, California location is $75,000-$95,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, the type and length of experience applicable to the role and within the industry, education, geographic location, etc. Commercial Real Estate Exchange, Inc (“Crexi”) is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
