Position: Recruiter Talent Acquisition (fulltime) 

 

Company Location: Yatap, Bundang 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Perform end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, scheduling, offer negotiation and closure 

  • Searches for qualified candidates, using networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media, recruiting firms and employee referrals. 

  • Keep close communication and guide candidates from process stage to on-boarding 

  • Maintain and manage sourcing channels (Job portals, internal referrals, vendors etc) 

  • Other reasonably required duties 

  • Working on Harman Employer Branding and post recruitment activities on social media such as LinkedIn. 

  • Tracks recruitment results through various reports. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years experience with full life cycle recruiting in a high-volume environment.  

  • Must have hiring experience in technical recruitment ex) Cloud Dev, DevOps, IT application and Network engineers.  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field 

  • Fluent in English / Korean communication, being able to provide constructive opinions in meetings 

  • Minimum 4 years of full cycle recruitment or sourcing experience 

  • Minimum 4 years experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include: market mapping, recruitment strategies and experiencing of search methodologies (e.g. Boolean is preferred) 

  • Experience in Workday/Avature tools 

Skills: 

  • Detail-oriented, self-driven, with strong logical thinking ability and learning ability 

  • Proactive and have good sense of solidarity and cooperation, strong ability to work under pressure 

  • A genuine interest in Recruitment 

  • Team oriented and willing to support others.
