Schedule availability:
Monday to Saturday from 8:00am to 5:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Provide attention to external visitors and channel them to the corresponding area.
- Management and registration of care provided or services provided to clients.
- Reception of visitors and informing about simple company issues.
- Capture telephone calls and channel them in an appropriate and timely manner. (telephone service)
- Carry out administrative assistance and support tasks for processing, distribution and various basic documentary archives.
- Collect, sort and distribute mail to departments or individuals and prepare and send correspondence and shipments.
- Arrange appointments or interviews for visitors and clients.
- Lead visitors and customers to the right place or person they are looking for.
- Treatment and attention to suppliers and internal staff
- Advanced English
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
