Responsibilities 

  • Conduct inventory control and manage excess and obsolete (E&O) materials, overseeing inventory movements across international locations, handling E&O materials, and scheduling materials.
  • Execute (BnS) operations with vendors, hub, and CM partners based on demand, including managing inbound/outbound processes and tracking statuses.
  • Organize and consolidate all relevant raw data, assessments and statistic required by supply chain team into analytical formats to support decision-making and strategy setting
  • Standardize communication channels by establishing tools, processes, and reports.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with suppliers, CM partners, and internal functional teams to accomplish assigned tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • A minimum 3 years’ experience in supply chain management related field
  • Strong communication, consolidating, coordinating and organizational skills
  • Excellent Microsoft excel and PPT skills
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
