Our comprehensive strategies span across equity, cash management, fixed income, currency, asset allocation, and alternative asset classes, including private equity, real estate, and hedge funds.
As an Associate in the ETF Operations team, you will be instrumental in establishing our First Taiwan ETF operations platform in partnership with our service vendor and internal partners. You'll support the launch of our inaugural JPM TW ETF Fund and transition into a pivotal middle office role, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional stakeholder management across our ETF offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to capture and refine business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with IT, Operations teams, and vendors to design innovative technology solutions that meet business needs and comply with local ETF regulations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Ensure precise and timely processing of ETF trade transactions and related activities.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to drive operational efficiency and maintain compliance.
- Champion ongoing process improvements and technology enhancements.
- Monitor and control daily operations to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on business administration. Taiwan ETF experience is essential.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships across functions and geographies.
- Highly adaptable, with a proactive approach to embracing challenges and change.
- Proficient communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
- Experience in middle office/trade support operations is advantageous.
- Taiwan SITCA license is required.
