Job Description: 

The successful candidate will be responsible, but not limited to:

• Owns the planning and execution of the Internal Audit Process and the Coordination of the External Audit Process of a High-Volume Manufacturing Operation.
• To ensure its compliance against ISO 9001:2015 Standards and any other relevant standards.
• Drives continuous process improvement and proactive quality programs in the factory to develop a quality culture mindset.
• Keeps a strong connection with the factory operation to monitor its performance and identify/drive continuous improvement opportunities where appropriate.
• Must be available to attend occasional evening meetings, average of 2 times a week.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or other related field.

2+ years of combined experience in:

• Quality Systems Management preferably in Electronics Industry or similar.

• With ISO9001:2015 requirements, including auditing experience.

Upper Intermediate to Advanced English Level.

Must have Costa Rican Work Permit.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Document Control Process and Systems.
