We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to join our team. The Quality Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all products and services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with DoD requirements. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance processes and procedures to achieve our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures in alignment with DoD standards and regulations.

Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify and address quality issues.

Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.

Prepare and present quality reports to senior management and DoD representatives.

Develop and update testing-related documentation, including test cases, plans, and flaw-reporting procedures.

Identify issues with production-related processes and recommend improvements.

Analyze product design to identify design flaws and to ensure stability and quality.

Document and compile observation data for future analyses.

Manage and maintain test case procedures and implement automated testing processes where possible.

Review processes and submit lean recommendations.
Qualifications:

Active DoD Secret Clearance required.

Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management in the defense sector.

Strong knowledge of DoD quality standards and regulations.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proven ability to lead and manage a team.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001, Certified Quality Inspector) is a plus.
As a Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the programs products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance while developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance processes and procedures for mission critical data centers supporting the Department of Defense. You will work in a collaborative and dynamic environment, interacting with various stakeholders and teams to deploy hardware and ensuring they function properly at satellite facilities and meet DoD standards and regulations.
