- In charge of the Quality of 3 sites in Israel
- Direct management of the Quality teams includes: site quality manager, laboratory team, in-coming inspection
- Focus on delivering exceptional quality while delivering performance improvements across critical KPIs and development, measuring and tracking of critical KPIs
- Support the process of moving from development to production includes: DFMEA, PFMEA, Laboratory tests, define product CTQ, Control Plans, PPAP etc..
- Reduction of the Cost of Poor Quality while improving quality performance across the organization
- Support the site quality manager with management of Quality Audits, Quality Holds, Rework Plans and Corrective Actions to install strong quality process control
- Work directly with the SBU, lead quality meetings, work directly with global quality control functions
- Leader and partner across functions to support a Culture of Quality
- Building effective teams and training programs to provide continuous improvements
- Lead ISO audits
- Manage Subcontractors Quality procedure and processes
Job requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Quality/Reliability)
• 7 years of professional and leadership work experience with direct proven experience, preferred in the plastics field (Injection Molding)
- Fluent English speaker.
• Strong Leadership Skills for a Plant Quality Manager
• Build and maintain relationships with key leaders across the various functions (SBU, engineering, manufacturing, etc..)
• Strong work ethic with site attendance as required to support and weave Quality
• Strong project management skills, solid analytical skills and a strong attention to detail
• Experience with Quality Assurance Processes and New Product Development
• Ability to understand and utilize standard quality tools
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to think creatively to develop ideas and break through barriers
