To facilitate and evolve Graco's corporate quality management system.  This includes supporting the following Company-wide systems: ISO 9001, Customer Complaint/Corrective Action, Document Control, Internal Audits, New Product Development and QMS Management Review.

What You Will Do at Graco:

Systems Management

  • Maintain ISO 9001 registration for multiple facilities

  • Lead QMS internal audit team to identify opportunities for improvement

  • Coordinate yearly IS0 9001 audits with registrar.  Respond to any non-conformities or improvement opportunities

  • Develop internal QMS audit plans and train internal auditors

  • Facilitate QMS management review meetings, gather data inputs and assign meeting action items

  • Develop tools and procedures to train engineers on new/improved QMS processes

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify and improve the quality and efficiency of QMS processes 

  • Provide consulting/training to employees on improvement tools/processes

  • Facilitate QMS Management Reviews to identify potential areas for improvement (dotted line to VP of Manufacturing)

  • Assist with improving/updating QMS workflow such as CARs, Stock Check/Ship Hold

What You Will Bring to Graco

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience working with a QMS system in a manufacturing environment

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Excellent technical/statistical aptitude

  • Literate in computer software, Excel, Word,

  • Travel approximately 5% of the time

Accelerators

  • Global industrial manufacturing experience and knowledge.

  • MBA or Master’s degree preferred

The base pay range for this position is listed below, exclusive of fringe benefits or other compensation.  If you are hired, your final base hourly rate will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, competencies, education, and/or experience.  In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees.  Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role.  Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.

$84,000.00 - $146,900.00
