The Role:

Improve production process and quality system on LMC, Liquid Micro-contamination control products.
-
Respond to customers by creating reports on quality issues or investigation requests.
-
Control both process and product by applying SPC, Statistical Process Control.
-
Implement Gauge study for metrology and measurement system such as Gauge R&R/Tool matching.
-
Support new product / process development from quality view.
In this role you will:
-
DPPM £ 10 (Defect PPM, number of defective products per million)
-
CCPK £ 1.77 (Customer Complaints per Thousand shipment)
-
Customer complaint (QN) closing time £ 48 hours for 3D, 14 days for 5D
Traits we believe make a strong candidate:

English communication skill for technical conversations and emails.

Technical background on production in semiconductor industry.

Knowledge on ISO9001 and Quality Management System.

Knowledge on SPC, Statistical Process Control
-
Experience of working as a team, such as member of a project team
-
Experience in the quality field and auditing will be advantageous.

Experience with FMEA, 8-D problem solving and Gage Capability Study, Gause R&R/Tool matching.

Solid communications skills including ability to analyze data as well as develop and present information to various levels throughout the organization.
