Core Responsibilities
As Quality Engineer, you will among other tasks work with global issues, long-term actions and development of novelties (decoration). More specifically, you will become:

Driver of the root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions for safety/quality issues identified in the area

Evaluation of the product quality and decision about the quality level based on existing quality standards (Minor, Major, Critical, PS)

Definition of product quality standards in case of their absence

Quality evaluation of processes and their approval in the name of Quality department (in assigned area of responsibility)

In the Q&EHS department, you will join the QEHS Processing team in Kladno consisting of 15 skilled, diverse and open-minded colleagues.
Do you have what it takes?

2+ years of experience within Quality, Logistics, Engineering, Production or equivalent
-
Proven manufacturing / factory understanding
-
Quality mindset, preferably knowledge about certifications as ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001
-
Proactive and self-leading work approach with a high sense of responsibility
-
Decision-making ability, attention to details and problem-solving capabilities
-
Open-minded team player with great collaboration skills
-
Proficiency in MS Office and SAP (intermediate level)
-
Fluent in Czech and intermediate level in English
