- Manage collect the complaint info, pictures samples with the help of Sales
- Enter complaint info and ensure the closure with follow ups daily, weekly
- Daily follow up with compliant wise closure status bar chart for Sales and Quality, production
- Weekly follow up with detail statistics for closure status and open points
- Complaints statistic preparation as an input of new Monthly Quality report
- Quality Coordinator assign QA engineer to work on received complaint
- No direct report to Customer , Customer meetings , presentation will be by QA engineer , and QA managers Senior level
- Top Customer improvement plan for compliant will be prepared by QA engineers and updated quarterly
- New formats for improvement plan for top GKA will be instructed based on lean
- Quality, effectiveness and zero defect approach
- Quality Coordinator will have good command of excel , power point and English in writing
- Quality Coordinator will be selected from current QC PC team
- Communication mapping between QA and Sales
