Currently we are looking for a Quality Assurance Team Lead to join our Littelfus Quality Team. In this role you will will oversee testing, measurement, and inspection processes while leading a team and working with advanced measurement tools.
This role is based on-site in Kaunas and reports directly to Quality & Environmental Systems Supervision Manager.
About the job:

Lead and train team members in measurement and inspection processes

Supervise functional and optical testing, geometrical measurements, and visual inspections

Prepare reports and technical specifications for project activities and serial production

Learn to develop and enhance measurement programs for automatic optical and touch probe coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and design and 3D print custom measurement fixtures

Perform timely measurements of parts and products using developed measurement programs and instructions with automatic optical and touch probe CMMs

Manage documentation to ensure all parts have proper inspection, measurement, and verification instructions

Identify areas for improvement, recommend process changes, and lead relevant updates

Participate in workshops and projects related to function and department activities
About you:

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field

At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, ideally in electronics or a similar industry

Hands-on experience with measurement and inspection using optical machines and mechanical measuring equipment

Experience in leading and supporting a team

Familiarity with SAP is a plus but not required

Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new technologies

Verbal and written communication skills in English

Strong technical and analytical skills with high attention to detail

Clear and effective communication skills
