THE QA SPECIALIST, INCENTIVE SUPPORT POSITION

The Quality Assurance Specialist, Incentive Support is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance for departments processing and reviewing incentive related documents or applications. The Specialist will utilize Salesforce to monitor approved documents, case descriptions, milestone dates, documents and call reviewing to ensure that incentive applications are promptly and correctly processed. The Specialist will also support in reviewing documentation approved by various departments within the business that underwrite interconnection documentation prior to the solar systems in service date. This is in effort to eliminate impaired projects coming down the pipeline prior to there in service date which will hinder a successful incentive application. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that our organization maintains high-quality project and documentation processing to be in compliance with industry standards.


QA SPECIALIST, INCENTIVE SUPPORT RESPONSIBILITIES

•Establish control points related to standards and operating procedures to implement quality assurance.

•Work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key business areas where data insights can drive significant business benefits.

•Leverage skills to develop plans, monitor deliverable progress, and ensure timely completion of work assigned with regular communication to stakeholders to ensure we meet the business needs and requirements. 

•Track, and report all activities done in Salesforce related to incentive application processing in a timely fashion, so that the business impact can be clearly identified and reported.

•Prepares and analyzes quality reports.

•Clear communication with the Quality Assurance Supervisor and Incentive Leadership as directed by the QA supervisor.

•Compiles and analyzes data, prepares various reports used to evaluate effectiveness of existing processes and procedures.

•Provides Supervisors with regular performance feedback on the agents.

•Participates in the design of quality monitoring forms and quality standards.

•Conducts Calibration sessions with supervisors.

•Conducts counter audits to ensure the QA Specialist, and Salesforce sites are calibrated.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

•Experience with Internet software and Windows operating systems, including proficiency in Word, and Excel for presentations and reports. 

•Must be able to effectively communicate with the supervisor(s).

•Legally authorized to work in the US for ANY employer.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

•Experience in implementing process improvements.

•Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

•Proficiency in using software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
