Impact

Looking for a seasoned Test Management Professional, Release Management, QA Automation/Testing Expert who is good at Leading Teams, Open Source Tools, API Automation / Testing, Performance, Design Concepts, Java, Web Application Testing, End to End Test Automation. Candidate should be able to closely work with Dev/BA team, lead & mentor the team, design the automation frameworks and guide the team in adoption of the framework and ensure adoption by strict reviews. He should be a go getter, ready to take up any task assigned and deliver proactively with high quality consistently meeting the deadlines. The job involves leading the QA activities, interacting with the stakeholders and have a deep understanding of the business and the customer use cases. Exposure to AWS, Virtualization, DevOps will be good to have. You are expected to be hands on and up to date with the latest technology stack.  The Job

  • Minimum 2 years of Team Management experience with 10+ team members

  • Expert in Safe, Agile, QA Processes and take ownership of prod releases as Release Train Engineer.

  • Solid hands-on experience on eCommerce, Shipping, Tracking, Mailing domain.

  • Plays Scrum Master role, delivers & own the e2e Test Automation charter for the team

  • Should have experience on cloud services (AWS Preferred), Good to have Cloud Migration experience for complex enterprise level products.

  • Should have strong experience in System Designing & Creating the Automation/Performance Frameworks. Lead the automation team and get the frameworks adopted and review the team deliverables on adherence to these frameworks.

  • Test Management, Test Strategy & Planning, Test scenario designing, test case review with deep understanding of the product and the use cases

  • Competitor analysis and experience conducing 5Why RCA

  • Strong hands-on experience in Advance Java, Design Concepts, NoSQL, Web Service / API Testing / Automation, Web Automation using Selenium/Protractor/other tools.

  • Hands on with UI automation using at least one of the tool Selenium / Cypress / Playwright.

  • Hands-On with Performance Testing.

  • DB – SQL expertise and UNIX exposure.

  • Good to have Hands On – AWS, Virtualization, Spring Batch, Hibernate and White Box testing.

  • Produce documentation for improved test strategy and procedures to implement improved test processes. This includes functional, regression, performance, security, and other methodologies, and guides QA in making improved test plans

  • Configuring and maintaining continuous build systems, DEVOPS exposure

  • Solid leadership skills with lead by example attitude.

  • Should have good analytical skills

  • Lead the communication with business owners and stake holders.

Qualifications & Skills required

  • UG - B.Tech/B.E. OR PG – M.S. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline

  • At least 10+ years’ experience

  • Proven ability to lead e2e product teams.

  • Solid understanding and prior experience with e2e ownership of automated testing & performance practices for complex projects.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse and distributed product teams in an agile environment
