ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Develops and maintains a functional knowledge of services maintained by the office.
2. Oversee and monitor company safety web portal to ensure adherence to customer expectations.
3. Review completed surveys to ensure proper grammar, punctuation, customer, and company requirements are being met.
4. Keep current of compliance developments within or outside the company.
5. Collaborate with the company management to identify field training and client opportunities for improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. College degree or equivalent education, training or work-related experience
2. Strong knowledge of Company policies and procedures
3. Ability to plan, organize and manage multiple projects
4. Ability to work effectively with minimal to no supervision
5. Ability to interface effectively with various levels within the company
6. Must work well with a team
7. Excellent written and verbal skills
8. Must have a strong attention to detail
