Job Summary:
The Quality Analyst position is part of Commercial Department, the central sales instance within the gategroup organization. The role is responsible for the analysis and evaluation of data related to contract relevant KPIs. Ensures that relevant data are identified, forwarded, and processed internally. Modelling and visualising of data in Power BI.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
· Work together within the Team to function as quality gate for relevant KPI data
· Shortlist and pre-filter applicable data to ensure that local KPI Managers (and other stakeholders) are provided with the most relevant information
· Take key responsibility for assessing and maintaining feedback to the customer
· Ensuring proper performance management in the assigned area of responsibility
· Executing data evaluation and analysis based on excel and other database tools
· Visualization of data in Power Bi
· Proactively identify process improvements, automation opportunities, think about systems integration points.
· Execution of further tasks in the assigned subject area
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree
Work Experience:
· Work experience with relational databases and tools (Microsoft Access, Oracle and SQL Server) preferred
Job Skills:
· Ability to perform well under time pressure
· Accuracy and attention to detail
· Ability to work independently but in a highly collaborative mode
Technical Skills:
· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Applications (especially Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and others)
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Power BI
Nice to haves
· Understanding of and experience with ERP applications, especially SAP
Language Skills:
- Fluent communication skills in English, written and verbal
- Advanced communication skills in German, written and verbal
- Other European languages an advantage
