Job Description:
- Analyze under supervision the disposition of non-conforming items highlighted by the customer and the quality process
- Report the results of NCRs and failures in the production process to the supplier and areas involved, requesting corrective and preventive actions, keeping records thereof.
- Contribute to closing non-conformities identified by the deadline in the field of construction and commissioning.
- Monitor and guide areas in actions to eliminate risks and/or irregularities, as well as prepare and present information related to the evolution of improvement actions.
- Control planning documentation for ongoing projects and analyze, under supervision, non-conforming items and documentation relevant to the product if necessary to contact the area manager.
- Control of documentation provided for each project, analyze whether the documentation complies with all the requirements described in the technical forecast and in the NEXTracker Inspection and Testing Plan or the customer's if there is a specific one.
- Participate in try-outs and Validate Supplier First Article Inspection (SFAI) and Manufacturing First Article Inspection (FAI) under supervision.
- Participate under supervision in technical meetings and/or teleconferences, providing information on product quality, project and process issues in your area of expertise.
- According to a pre-defined schedule, monitor shipment audits from customers to suppliers additionally under supervision.
- Comply with the policies/procedures/standards relating to the company, the work process and the management systems implemented.
- Ensure the order, storage and conservation of materials, equipment under your responsibility and the workplace, as well as maintaining the organization of documentation relating to the work process.
- Work on Inspections with a third-party auditor reporting to the immediate superior in the area.
- Interpretation of drawings of NEXTracker products, supporting doubts that may arise from the third-party inspector.
- Preparation of weekly reports on visits, due diligence, supervision inspections.
- Carry out other activities related to your role and work process procedures.
Requirements
- Technologist degree in fields related to Quality or, preferably, a Bachelor's degree in Exact Sciences
- Advanced English
- Desirable Spanish
- Have a driving license and available to national travels
- Desirable have at least 04 year in Quality activities.
