QHSE/VCA Auditor

Location: Germany

Industry/Sector knowledge: any manufacturing industry. Preferred Food and Food Packaging, Cosmetics, Pharmaceutical, personal care.

By auditing our key clients range from SMEs to global super brands, you will:

• Play a pivotal role in auditing their organisation or products against the relevant national and international management standards
• Build great relationships, learn about their business and products, and allow them to continually reassess and improve their business performance
• Be responsible for delivering BSI’s audit services to assigned clients in accordance with all our scheme and regulatory requirements
• Ensure timely, cost-effective service delivery that satisfies our customer needs
• Conduct various types of audits as Team Leader or Team Member

For this role, we are looking for someone who has the following experience and expertise:

• Compulsory MVK or HVK degree
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001
• Proven knowledge of how a business operates to ensure appropriate interpretation of management system standards
• Learning ability to keep up with changes to business, industry, management thinking, and developing assessment styles
• Excellent communication, organisational, and presentation skills, as well as energy, passion, and commitment
• Native German speaker, fluent in English
• Based in Germany  and willing to travel.
• Experience on risk assessment and risk based management
• Knowledge on R&D process, process/ product specifications implementation and validation.
• Experience in the delivery of second party programs.
