Responsibilities:
- Finalize specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
- Control part quality and support team communicate with concern section to solve part quality problem and support production to do continual production.
- Verification standard sample of every materials : 1time/year
- Set judgement criteria for in process inspection
- Confirm and analysis defective part which claim from customer and production, then issue problem information feedback supplier concerning part quality problem
- Customers complain management
- Control of measuring equipment (Calibration)
- Prepare MSA plan and analysis result
- Assisting for internal, second and third party audit.
- Work closely with Production, Purchasing and Marketing team to ensure customer satisfaction of product samples and product quality.
- Cooperate with new model them for checking quality of new part/material, make inspection check sheet for new part according to specification.
- Coordinate in new model phase with R&D team and head office (Ppk, X bar- R chart, new material), PPAP data
- Practice the best knowledge, analytical problem-solving skills and effective supervision.
- Quality analysis and improvement activities to comply with company policy.
- Review customer manual, customer standard, Specification.
Qualifications:
- Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 29-35
- Bachelor Degree in Science/Engineer or related field (Polymer science is plus)
- 2+ years’ in Quality control or Quality Assurance supervisor position
- Able to read & interpret drawings, manual, specifications & standard.
- Having a knowledge of ISO 9001 or IATF16949
- Good English skill in all speaking/Reading/Writing.
- Good knowledge of QC 7 tools, 8D, ISO9001&IATF, FMEA
- Strong analytical and Problem solving skills.
- Highly responsibility to get the job done effectively in a timely manner.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership skill and Building trusted relationships.
- Good computer literacy and statistic skills
