What you'll do:
Develops quality standards in-process products and implements the measures, tests, sampling methods and other procedures that ensure that these standards are met
In detail, you will:

Develop and review standard control, work instructions for in-process assurance
-
Problem-solving teams, determine root cause(s) for defects; develop, implement, and monitor effective corrective and preventive actions for product quality

Cooperation with other department for problem solving
-
Develop specific ideas for improvement and follow through on implementation
-
Perform quality activities to prevent poor quality products in process.
-
Apply statistical process control for continuous quality control
-
Drive NRFT and SCR to achieve department target
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor ’s Degree in Engineering
-
3+ years of quality control experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably from appliances industry
-
Knowledge in Quality System & Tools (8D, FMEA, DFMEA, Poka Yoke, SPC, GR&R and analysis tool)
-
Fundamental of refrigerator products
-
New Product Development Process
-
Knowledge in Quality standard for other counties (ANZ, NA, EU, LA, MENCA and SEA)
-
Quality Management Systems (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO5001)
-
ESD Control Process
-
Skills in Quality Control Plan, QC Tools for Processes Quality Control
-
Risk management and inspection method
-
Hand on quality / Usability audit
-
Good communication collaboration, and project leadership skills
-
Good Problem solving & decision making
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
-
Good English communication (both written and spoken)
Where you'll be:
You will be based in our Rayong plant and report to QA Assistant Manager.
