Position Overview
Spend your days making a difference, not just working for a living. We do that by creating Security, Risk management, Compliance, and audit software that uncovers fraud, waste, environmental risk, and abuse in their organizations. Our collaborative R&D teams use Serverless AWS technologies to build our SaaS platform and tackle strategic business challenges, creating highly impactful solutions for today and for our future to support Modern Governance.
You will be working as a part of a Scrum team and primarily responsible for QA processes, focusing on creating and automating functional and End-to-end test cases and identifying/reporting/tracking defects.You will work closely with all members of the team to create and drive a successful automation strategy for a product. This role requires technical intellect, strong communication, mentoring and leadership skills and someone who enjoys being part of a pro-active and self-managing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Work as part of agile team to groom user stories and ensure work items are clear and testable
- Evaluate existing and new components to identify best automation candidates among existing manual tests
- Understand the GRC domain and application to come up with business scenarios for testing
- Take leadership role in creating the automation framework for new products
- Develop and maintain tests in an automated framework
- Preparing automation test data in all the application testing environments
- Perform automation test design reviews and include team’s feedback
- Integrate the Automation test to code pipeline
- Identify, analyze, and document test results
- Contribute to process improvement, look for ways of working smarter
Required Experience/Skills:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience automating tests
- Experience with developing a test automation framework
- Experience with automating for web applications and RESTful API’s
- Experience with the following: Cypress or Playwright or any JavaScript or TypeScript testing framework
- You are interested in extending your testing know-how
- You have an analytical mind-set and can grasp complex concepts easily.
- You have working knowledge on Jira or any other Agile process management tool.
- You are fluent in English and you are not afraid of working agile.
- Nice to have: Experience with containerization and CI/CD pipelines
