Key Requirements:

• Higher education
• At least 1 year of experience in procurement
• Experience in handling a large number of irregular items within tight deadlines
• Experience in foreign economic activity (FEA) is a plus but not mandatory
• Knowledge of basic operations in 1C and SAP systems
• Resilience to a high volume of operational tasks

Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement of goods to meet production needs based on assigned tasks, as well as regular procurement of goods according to a specified list.
• Conducting negotiations and business correspondence with suppliers (mainly in Ukraine) regarding prices and delivery terms.
• Coordination and signing of contracts.
• Participation in the budgeting process.
• Communication with related departments of the company.
• Operational work in 1C, Jira, and spreadsheets.
