We are looking for a provider acquisition associate who will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new healthcare providers to join a health insurance provider network in Egypt.
An ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers. They should have a solid understanding of the healthcare landscape, be data-driven in their approach to identifying and acquiring providers, and possess the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while meeting acquisition targets.
Requirements
Provider Outreach:
- Identifying and reaching out to potential healthcare providers to join the network.
- Managing relationships with existing providers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Contract Negotiation:
- Handling the negotiation of contracts with new and existing providers.
- Ensuring that agreements meet organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
Network Expansion:
- Developing strategies to expand the provider network in targeted geographic areas or specialties.
- Analyzing market trends and competitor networks.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensuring provider agreements comply with state, federal, and organizational regulations.
- Maintaining detailed records of contracts, negotiations, and communications.
Collaboration:
- Working closely with other departments such as legal, compliance, and finance to ensure seamless integration of new providers.
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to promote the network's value.
Customer Service:
- Addressing inquiries and concerns from providers effectively and efficiently.
- Providing support to resolve any issues related to their association with the network.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, healthcare administration, or a related area.
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or a similar industry for 1 year.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and provider network management processes.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills are critical for dealing with a variety of stakeholders.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends and data to make informed decisions.
- Attention to Detail: Essential for managing contracts and compliance accurately.
- Organizational Skills: Effectively managing multiple tasks and priorities at once.
